GCAS has partnered with internationally recognized organizations and institutes to deliver the most relevant aviation training in the region. The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) is the specialized agency of the United Nations mandated to ensure the safe, efficient and orderly evolution of international civil aviation. ICAO endorsed the establishment of GCAS in 2008.
