ACI - Global Safety Network Module 3 - Emergency Planning & Crisis Management

The course will introduce you to the international requirements of an emergency plan, how to manage the press and media in crucial situations, how to support victims and how to rebuild liability after an incident happens. The course will also focus on topics like aircraft hijacking and terrorism. The use of case studies (such as Swissair MD11, Manchester B737, Vienna A310, etc…) will be presented and discussed to give an important understanding of the circumstances such events have on the world.
